A couple of months ago, LittleBear showed a lot of interest in some car beds that we saw at stores like Toys R Us, and Mommy was able to find one on Craigslist (one that just happens to be in his favorite color, as you'll see).
We've been waiting for the right time to make the switch from the crib to the toddler bed, and this weekend seemed like it. So, we went for it -- and LittleBear seemed to like it! The video below shows him coming in to see his fun surprise:
Last night was his first in the new bed, and he did great! To the best of our knowledge, he didn't leave his bed once. He went down fine, and he slept the whole night. He talked and played a bit at the start of nap today, but didn't really leave the bed area. (He put both feet down on the ground right next to the bed once or twice, but then hopped right back up.)
So far, so good! We're very blessed -- thank you, LittleBear!!
