Saturday, we got to go blueberry picking! It was our first time to go early in the season and I must say, the berries were plentiful and very large. Early Saturday morning, we headed out to Moorhead's Blueberry Farm in Conroe, TX and despite lots of other people being there, we found many berries and didn't feel crowded until we had to wait in line to pay for them :)
As you can see, we did great! LittleBear picked half a bucket full and LadyBear helped Daddy fill his bucket halfway also. This was LadyBear's first year to really get in on the picking action, so I was curious to see what she would think. She chose the "two-for-the-bucket-one-for-me" approach to picking and enjoyed them very much.
Daddy showing her how to only pick the blue ones...
Giving it a try herself...
MMMMMMMMMMMMMM...
Can you find Grams in this picture?
I am so blessed to have a wonderful family who will get up insanely early on a Saturday morning to do stuff like this with me. A great time was had by all!!
