Yes, we're into the final month. In fact, the doctor said 1 in 10 women have their water break in week 36, so really, BabyBearcould come any time. Here's Bethany's Week 36 picture:

When Will BabyBear Be Born II: Electric Boogaloo

Okay, we're gonna try this a different way... Now that we're into the final four weeks (Bethany hit 36 weeks yesterday), we're going to give you another chance to predict BabyBear's birthday. This time, you can pick any date you want; multiple people can pick the same date, if they want. We just want to see who actually can predict it.

To refresh: the doctors say he's due June 23, and that they will induce if he hasn't come by June 30. So feel free to pick any time between now and the end of June. Some of you have asked me before for the recipe to the Rice Krispie treats I've made. I've been meaning to post the recipe on the blog for months, but my sister beat me to it, so I'll just link to her post instead.

How do I look?

Bethany really doesn't like me with facial hair, and though I hate shaving, I also don't really like the feel of facial hair, either, so chances are I'll never have more than just a few days stubble.

That said, I do wonder sometimes what I would look like with facial hair. Thankfully, Gillette has come through for me with this fun little site. So, I thought I'd play around and see what style would work best for me.

First, the pencil 'stache:

The Browns go on Vacation!!!!

This past weekend, we had the privilege of meeting the rest of Jeff's side of the family in San Antonio, TX for a long weekend of fun times! It was my first time to San Antonio and not only was I very much looking forward to spending time with my family, but I also was looking forward to spending some time in a new city.

Jeff and I took some time and visited the Alamo and some gardens surrounding it, then we had lunch at the Rainforest Cafe on the Riverwalk, which was fun. The rest of the time we hung out with family at one of two pools at the location where we stayed. The first pool was half indoor/half outdoor with two water slides and the second pool was a lazy river with inner tubes available for floating. Both were VERY fun!! We also saw the new Star Trek movie, which we recommend...very action packed!

For Mother's Day, we all went out for brunch on the Riverwalk and took a boat tour as well. I loved it!! To view pictures of our fun weekend with family, please click here or view the slideshow below.
